It is understood that an advisory commission to the American • delegates will be appointed, consisting of two women, two naval representatives, a Labour man and ex-service men. LABOUR DEMONSTRATION. WASHINGTON, September 20 Mr Gompers in a statement said that complete disarmament was the aim of the American Federation of Labour, which was preparing a nation-wide demonstration for Armistice Day.
