The interpr-orincial Rugby mat oh between Southland and Hawke’s Bay was played here to-day in the preretiae of about 2000 spectators. September It. ■ It has been definitely decided that th© conference of representatives of the Rugby Unions of New Zealand, South Africa and New South Wales ©hail take place to-mor-row. Mr F. J.
