TECHNICAL COLLEGE.
PARENTS’ REPRESENTATIVES. The election of two persons to represent the parents of pupils attending the Technical High School on the Board of Managers resulted in the return pf Mr G. E. Franklin (259 votes* and Mr W. H. Cooper (257 votes). The third candidate, Mr J. D. Colville, received 254 votes. Three informal votes were recorded. Provision was made this year for a woman to represent the same interests, and Mrs H. F. Herbert vas elected unopposed.
