TO BE MADE AVAILABLE. Dr Thacker has received a telegram from the Hon C. J. I’arr stating that the Education Department is willing to lend Te Oranga Homo to the city for use in relieving the house shortage under special conditions, until Vovember 7. Dr Thacker states that the offer will ante before the City Council to-mor-row night. The conditions, he states, sre cpjitc feasible.
