APPORTIONING THE BLAME.

Tlie Admiralty Court heard crossactions arising out of *ilie collision between the Benalla and the Patella. Justice Hill, in his judgment, apportioned two-thirds of the blame to the patello and one-third to the Benalla, (A message dated May 13 stated that the P. and O. liner Benalla collided in a fog with an unknown vessel. There was no loss of life.)
