The case in which ox-Sister Ligoiiri claims £*sooo damages from Dr Dwyer, Roman Catholic Bishop of Wagga, for alleged malicious arrest, was continued to-day. Dr Tiney gave evidence that he exa.mined Sister Ligouri at Y'agga after she left the convent. He found her quite normal. She showed no signs of insanity and appeared physically capable, of earning her living. "Witness admitted that it was not an uncommon experience for a person who had been given nauseous medicine to think that poison had heen administered, probably by the chemist, who had made the medicine up wrongly.
