THE CHIROPRACTIC CITY OF THE WORLDThis picturesque city, built in what was originally an old oak forest, overlooks the great Mississippi River, in the State of lowa. Chiropractic was discovered here in 1895, but developed slowly until 1905, at which time 13. J. Palmer, son of the discoverer, took the lead, and chiropractic soon assumed a tangible form. To-day it stands prominently as a welldeveloped science, the leading drugless healing science of the world. From a few students holding classes in an old house, chiropractic has grown until the Palmer School is using 40,579 square feet of floor space and 135 instructors to teach its 2500 students. From having cured but a. few patients, chiropractic has entered into tho lives of the people to the extent that thousands <of cured jiatients bless ilie day that it was discovered, and thousands more, after taking the required number of adjustments, are regaining their health.
