AGREEMENT WITH RUSSIA, JB? Teievraoft- A««*>ri*tion— Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received Juno 10, 12.35 p.m.) LONDON, June 9. A draft agreement between the Irish Republican and Russian Governments, which was seized at Dublin and published in a White Paper, shows that each agreed to promote a worldwide recognition of each other’s sovereignty, and mutual trade with a percentage of arms and munitions for use against the enemies of either. The Irish Office adds that Dr M’Cartan (Sinn Fein member for King’s County), who is in Russia, will act as tne diplomatic representative of the Irish Republic.
