HOSPITAL MATRON MISSING.
SEARCH PARTIES OUT. rPKR Press Association. 1 CARTERTON, June 10. Mary Lindsay, matron of the South Wairarapa Hospital, Grey town, disappeared hist evening and considerable anxiety is felt for her safety. It is reported that she had been ailing for some time pa^t. Towards nightfall she was missed, and an immediate search was made. This was continued all night unsuccessfully, and about six o’clock this morning the firebell was rung to assemble the people to form further parties. The missing lady was dressed only in. her night clothes, slippers and wrapper. The night was bitterly cold and there was a heavy frost. The search is being continued, so far without re-
