Tairoa, No 7 west Karu, No. 8 breastwork. Wakatu. on slip. SHIPPING NOTES. The Breezo arrived from Wanganui direct tikis morning, and should mako her departure for southern ports this evening. The Karu did not finish her loading last evening, and consequently did not Bail. Sho should leave for Wanganui this afternoon. The Wingatui will sail for Dunedin and Bluff at noon to-day. The Kanna, from Auckland, with 400 tons ol cargo to land here, is due on Sunday, via Napier and Wellington. The Tirawera is due from Timaru on June 16 to load Napier and Gisborne cargo. The Corinna arrived early this morning? from Timaru to load 500 tons of general cargo for Nelaon and New Plymouth. The Opihi will sail for Auckland this afternoon. The vessel was to have me.de her departure for Auckland last evening, but was delayed owing to the arrival of additional cargo.

INTERCOLONIAL SERVICE. The Maheno sailed from Auoklaud yesterday afternoon for Sydney. The Ulimaroa sailed from Wellington at noon yesterday for Sydney. The Manuka left Sj'dney yesterday for Wellington. The Paloona arrived in port yesterday morning, and niter exchanging her cargo she left during the evening for Wellington and Melbourne. She is expected to leavo Wellington to-morrow or Monday. The Kaitangata arrived this morning* with 1800 tons of cargo for dischargo from Sydney. She should have hot cargo discharged by Monday, and is expected to go into dock for cleaning and painting on Tuesday. PERSONAL. Captain Irwin, late of the Maori, has now command of the Mararoa, in placo of Captain Bilton, who has gone ashore at ‘Wellington for orders. COAL AND TIMBER SUPPLY. The Trevose will now go into dock on Monday morning. On coming out of dock she will discharge more of her cargo, and *b timed to sail for Newcastle on Tuesday. The Kamona was delayed yesterday through it being necessary for her to give up her berth to the Palocna during the morning She is expected to leave for Greymouth to-morrow. It is hoped to dispatch the Kaitoke for Sydney on Saturday. She is at present discharging a load of coal. The Kahik* arrived this morning from Greyreouth with coal and timber. She is expected to finish discharging; on Tuesday, wish she will be dispatched for Greymouth, where eh* will load for Napier and Gisborne. The Poherua wa* dispatched at noon yesterday for Westport, where she will load for Oameru and Dunedin. The Canopus arrived yesterday morningwith coal from Westport. She is timed to *ai 1 fer Westport on the return trip on Uor.duy, taking _argo.
