Defective spouting at the Lyttelton casualty ward was complained of at the Hospital Board yesterday bv Mr D. MM!ae. who said that water 'was running into the ward, and the drains were blocked. Sister Gooding had told him that the only response to her complaints in this matter was that electric lights had been installed. The chairman replied that the only matter the committee had before it was the question of electric lights. Kecent rains had disclosed the defects, which would be remedied. %%IJSr. “d Sb.-
