Lisbon telegrams state, that troops assembled in the city for the purpose of frustrating* a radical movement, to depose President Almeida and install Premier Machado as president. The troops sent n. message to the Premier, demanding the Cabinet's resignation and the Cabinet resigned, instead of summoning its military supporters, as it desired to avoid bloodshed. A Madrid message states that all the members of the Portuguese Ministry are imprisoned-
