Bell transferred play to the other end where a corner resulted, but it proved abortive. A rush by the Y.M.C.A. forwards saw Holland narrowly miss scoring. Hildas made a run down the right wing for Y.M.C.A., but Holland missed with tlie shot. Jf. Bell and \Y. Beil transferred ploy to the Y.M.C.A. circle, -..here. Drayton stopped a. hot shot from Richmond. Selwvn kept up a sustained attack, and sovcral shots narrowly missed tho net. Half-time was called. Selwvn 0, Y.M.C.A. 0.
