Brother Malcolm Niecol’s resign aHon from the office of Grand Secretary was received with regret. It was decided to grant him a pension of £4OO r>er annum for life. Armstrong (Auckland) : Junior Grand Warden, Brother K- M’Kenzie (South Canterbury); Senior Grand Deacons, Brother J, E. Wade (West Coast) and Brother J. L. Ching (Nelson) ; Junior Grand Deacons, Brother A. H. Waring (Auckland) and Brother E. L. Ironmonger (Ruapehu) ; Grand Chaplains, the Rev A. V. Chandler (Dunedin) and the Rev A MacDonald (Auckland).
