Mr T. K. Sidey, M.P., will leave for Australia next month on an extended visit. Mr and Mrs Anderson, of Heywood Terrace, sail by the Moeraki to-day, en route for England. In addition to the new main school at Phillipstown, the foundation stone of which waa laid on Saturday, the board will begin almost immediately a new main school at Allenton, near Ashburton and important additions to the Timarn South School.
