THE FINAL DECLARATION. Tho count for the election of seven representatives to the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board was concluded at 2.10. Those declared elected aro:— J. Iv. Archer. H. F. Herbert. Mrs Mathieson. Mrs S. S. Page, H. J. Otiey. The surprise of the election was the defeat of the present chairman of the board (Mr 11. J. Otley).
