TPep. Pnp.ss Association*.! WELLINGTON, April 28. The Government Astronomer lias received notice from Harvard Observatory of the discovery or a new comet by a Cape Town observer on March 13. The position is given as followsßight ascension, 20hr 16min ; declination, lGdeg 20min south. It is within a degree of the third magnitude star. Beta Capricorn. The comet is invisible to the naked eye, but should be easy to find with a telescope.
