Raza Khan, author of the Persian Cossack coup on February 21, has been appointed Minister of War. The Bolshevik Minister lias arrived at Teheran. Raza K-han, at the head of 8000 Persian Cossacks and with two batteries of artillery, took possession of Teheran at midnight on February 21. He later expressed his intention of forming a military Government to protect Persia against tho Bolsheviki.
