Duncan, is introducing a Bill vesting the books and manuscripts known as the Grey collection in tho trustees of the South African Public Library, and empowering them to transfer to the New Zealand Government such books and manuscripts in the collection, aa relate to the Maoris and Polynesia and to receive in exchange from tho New Zealand Govern, ment tho liooks and manuscripts belonging to Sir George Grey relating to South Africa.
