A STRIKE ECHO.
[Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, March 2. As the outcome of the tramway strike some months ago the Inspector of Awards began an action to-day claiming a penalty of £2-50 from the Auckland Tramways Union for allegedly instigating, aiding or abetting an unlawful strike. The case is proceeding.
