ARBITRATION COURTS DECISION. \Yait. Press Association.] AUCKLAND, February 23. The Arbitration Court to-day refused an application by the grocers' assistants for a reduction of hours to fortvluur. In a memoranudum the Court states that as the reduction from JiftyInto operation on January 1 only, it v. as, undesirable to order any further reduction until lho forty-eight hours had had a fair trial and the parties were given an opportunity of conferring fully on the matter.
