At the investiture held by the Gov-ernor-General last week, at Government House, Wellington. one of the recipients of a .Military Cross was Lieutenant F. ,T. Sinclair; fourth son of Mr W. Sinclair, of King Street, Sydenham. Lieutenant Sinclair, who is now tanning in the Taranaki district, was awarded the Gross for good work in the field during the advance around Bapaume in 1918.
