There is every indication of a hurricane offensive in tho East in the springtime. It is reported from Riga that the Reds are concentrating the Third Army on tho Esthonian frontier, and the Seventh and Fifteenth Armies to the southward. The renewal of Bol«hcvih attacks is expected in February, as they believe that a new war is tho only means of saving tho Moscow Government.
