LONDON, November 3S. A further conversation between M l-'oygues, Premier of .France, unci Mr Lloyd George, led io a substantial rapprochement of English and French views regarding the Greek situation. Permission to Constantine lo reascend the throne is looming up as likely to bo ;t fact, provided the heads of the Germ anopi ido Party arc removed from power avid public posts. The Allies, moreovei, would continue to assist Greek financiers, at the same time retaining control. The foregoing aro the proposed British conditions, under which Greece will be allowed to retain the advantages of tho Treaty of Sevres. Gtbenviso territories like Smyrna, thei control of which has been entrusted to Greece, will either return to Turkey or bo internationalised.
