INTER.CLUB MATCHES POSTPONED. Giving to the wet weather the first round of tho luter-club A grade competition, to have been played on tho Canterbury Col-* lege, Op aw a, and Addington courts, was postponed. It is probable that arrangements will be mode to play off during the week. THE DAVIS CUP. MATCHES IX AUCKLAND. The international tennis match for the Davis Cup, between Americaand Australasia will be commenced at Auckland on December 28, and will bo continued on December SO and 31.
