Windsor, owner and trainer ol the racehorse Jolin Bunny* was arrested after the training at FT lers ie. \v indsor was charged that he aorked the horse wliile it was suffering from a sore back. In Court Windsor pleaded guilty. His counsel said tee sore had developed after racing at, Avondale, and the horse had’been entered tor the forthcoming steeplechase. Windsor, who was a poor man, could not afford to let the horse go out of form. He had only galloped the horse two or three minutes each morning Windsor was fined £lO and costs.
