Mr E. J. Taylor, president of the Ascot Lawn Tennis Club, has been made a life member. Mr Tayler is a wellknown tenuis enthusiast, and was for several years secretary of tho Canterbury Lawn Tennis Association. Ho is also president of .the United Bowline end Tennis' Club. . ■
