This meassnre provides, among other things, for tho repeal of the law under which no lawyer practising as-a solicitor or in partnership with a solicitor may bo appointed King s Counsel. When tho Bill was before the Legislative Council this pro- / posal met with some opposition, and 't m also expected to bo fully debated in .the House. Second on the list is a formal Coroners Amendment Bill.
