YOUNG MAN’S DEATH.
“ Death from gunshot wounds, selfinflicted whilst temporarily insane, ’’ was the verdict of tho Coroner Mr S E. M’Carthy, S.M., upon the body of Charles Dalby Carter, aged thirty-four, who was found in Victoria Park, Cashmere Hills, early yesterday morning, with fatal shot wounds. Deceased, who had resided with his parents at 11 Grafton Street, Linwood, had loft a } e .tter stating that ho intended taking ins own life. ° Evidence was given at tho inquest by the father of deceased, who identified the body as that of his son, whom he last saw a live at 9 p.m. on Thursday Ho uas then reading in the sittin-'-loom. The letter found in his room yesterday morning was as follows August ,/ 1920.
