RAILWAY DEPARTMENT.
[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, .March 4. The report of Mr Justice Stringer on behalf of the board which recently inquired into the salaries, wages and conditions of the employees of the Railway Department is in tho hands ol the. General .Manager of the Railways. Mr Massey stated to-day that it 'would probably go before Cabinet to-morrow. After that he intended to release it for publication.
