Christchurch is fortunate m the possession of a public garden which is a source of admiration to all visitors and a constant pleasure to the citizens themselves. Each year has seen some added improvements which is limited only to the amount of money at the disposal of the Domains Board. Afr Bidgood’s orchestra will give selections during the day, and altogether the function promises to be oust successful- Tickets for the grand gold r.cgpet art union are now on sale.
