PARIS, February 3. The list, of Gormans whoso surrender ns war criminals is demanded by the Allies was handed to von Larsncr. The list, which is headed by the Crown Prince and several other eons Of the Kaiser, comprises Bcthmann von Hollweg, General Hinclcnburg, General Ludendorff, General Mackonsen. Prince Rupprcclu, the Duke of TVurtemburg, and a number of other princes and titled officers. The list totals 800, and particularises the accusations.
(Received February 5, 12.50 p.m.) „ PARIS, February 4. Von Larsner refused to accept the list of war criminals. Ho resided his position as president of the ‘German Delegation and returned to Berlin.
