If had a strong bold when the brigade arrived; and was onlv cx tin gui shed after two hours’ work. Iho damage to the building and contents was very extensive, but the. library, billiard and dining-room, s wore saved from serious damage. The origin of the fire is not known. The insurances totalled £4OOO.
