The Prince of "Wales's naval staff will consist of Rear-Admiral Halsey, Captain Dudley North (formerly commander of the Australia) and Flag-Lieuten-ant Lord Louis Moimtbatien. The other members-of the staff have not yet been appointed, hut they will probably include Colonel E. W. 31. Gngg. Only minor changes arc being made in the Renown’s personnel. The lieutenants will include Lieutenants Billyard and Leake.
