An Australian cargo, diverted from Liverpool, sold at 61?. Fleur.- -The market is quieter, after a, better demand, owing to the increased railway rales now in operation. Tito Government, releases of imported ‘lour yesterday consisted or half Ans trehaii and half North American. Oats.—The market is inactive. La Plata are quoted at 55s Od. Pens. -TracL is fair on a full market at late rates. Beans.—There is rather more business than during the previous week. Barley.—The market is quiet. Sugar.—Granulated, litis Id. THE WOOL SALKS'.
Moriuocs show a hardening tendency. Stipes, seen red a and cress-breds are 10 per cent higher than at the opening sales. Greasy crc-ss-breds and fine are unchanged, medium am harder, and tow are 5 per cent dearer.
At Bradford the Government tops sole did imt affect business, which is still small, but rates are maintained.
