ANOTHER £SOO CHALLENGE

MEDICAL ASSOCIATION AND PROHIBITION. The Liquor Trade says that the statement that an overwhelming majority of doctors voted for Prohibition at the recent plebiscite taken by the British Medical Association is “ANOTHER PROHIBITION TRICK.” The Prohibition Executive challenges the Liquor Trade to allow its representatives on the Medical Council to have the votes published, and undertakes to pay £SOO to the Returned Soldiers’ Association if the majority for Prohibition is not “ overwhelming.” The Trade, as an honourable (?) body, will, of course pay £SOO if the Prohibition Party's statement is correct. The Trade is a convicted trickster. Are you going to let it continue, or pay £15,000,000 of the country’s money to got out, or will you WIPE IT OUT FOR NOTHING?
