Senators Fall and Hitchcock submitted to President Wilson evidence of conspiracies to spread Bolshevism through Mexican agencies throughout the United States, German a-gents cooperating. President Wilson reserved judgment on the evidence. In reference to tho Peace Treaty President Wilson decided to allow the situation to remain as at present.
