The hope is expressed tuat the American Senate’s decision will not postpone the early meeting of the League of Nations, Tho Dalian delegates deplored the wave of anarchy which was sweeping over the worh, especially Italy. Thev urged the early meeting of the League, otherwise they might see the whole ol Europe aflame. M. Bourgeoiso, on behalf of France, urged the hastening of the League’ ope-atiom. lie submitted a motion asking America promptly to solve the <lifliaulv.es stand tug ut the way of hci adhesion to too Peace Treaty.
