(Received December 5, 8.45 a.m.) PARIS, December 1. __ During a scareii at Lcipsig the French Coiumisdoii discovered seven French soldier prisoners whom the Germans had not repatriated and who did not know that- pence had bmi signed. One had nob been allowed to write or receive letters during his long captivity.
