♦ EXPENSES ALLOWANCE. [P*i Press Association.] 'WELLINGTON. November 17. It has been decided that an allowance of os per day, in lieu of provision for actual sustenance, will in future be granted to men attending the artificial limb factory in Wellington, or workshops for repairs in other centres, providing that such attendance is authorised by the A.DALS. of the district in which the man resides.
