ARMISTICE ANNIVERSARY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received October 30, 12.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 29. Mr Cecil Hamsworth, Undersecretary to the Foreign Office, states that tile Peace Treaty is likely to become effective on Armistice Day anniversary. (The Armistice was signed on November 11 of last year.)
