TO-DAY’S SITTING. CHRISTCHURCH* . Mr Y. G. Day, S.M., presided at the fitting of the Magistrate’s Court tolay. . DRUNKENNESS. A second offender, William Hcnrys PMsher, on a charge of drunkenness m Lichfield Street, was fined 10s, in default forty-eight hours’ imprisonment. BREACH OF ORDER. Harry Munro, thirty-two years of age, pleaded guilty to charges of hawing been found drunk’ in Hawksbury. Avenue and having committed a breach of his prohibition order. •On the charge of drunkenness, accused whs convicted and ordered to pay 15s expenses. On the second charge he was ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, the Magistrate warning him that if he was brought up again he would be sent to Roto Roa for three years.
