[Pee Press Association.] AUCKLAND, October 15, In response to an application in. the Arbitration Court, Mr Justice Stringer agreed to state a case for the Court of Appeal on the question of the payment oi wages to tho employees of picture theatres, for the epidemic period. It was stated that in one case £IOOO was involved. Mr Light-foot, representing the Labour Department, said that onu case would be taken as governing all of them.
