WILSON’S ROAD.
QUESTIONER BOUNDARIES,
In the Supreme Court this morning his Honor Mr Justice Herdman heard the case, Alfred Atyeo, Wilson’s Road, Linwood, retired servant v! tho King, a claim on account of land taken from plaintiff by the Railway Department in November, >lßl7. The land is a strip of part of rural section 48A, fronting Wilson’s Road, oomS by plaintiff. It lies, between a hedge growing along the boundary of the section and a fence erected by the railway officers. Plaintiff claimed that the stt?p had. been unlawfully taken, and that it belonged to him, and he asked tha} ha should he given possession again, and also the sum of £5 for mesne profits. The area in dispute is one perch, but the decision will affect a , large number of properties in Wilson's Road, Mr Wright appeared for plaintiff and Mr Donnelly for the Crown,
