An official connnuniaue from the British Military Mission" in. the Baltic States reports that General Yudenitch declared that Colonel Bermondt was a traitor to his country and excluded him and his troops from the north-western arjtfiy. Yudenitch ordered the- remainder of the officer volunteers who were faithful to their duties to proceed to sea, and with tin- British Mission's help rejoin the. north-western army. FINANCING THE CAMPAIGN. AID FROM EX-CZAR'S COUSIN. (Received October 15, 9.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, October 14. The ''Chicago Tribune's" Paris edition states that the Grand Duke Cyril, the cousin, is financing Von. Der Goltz, hoping that tho offensive towards Petrograrl will smash Bolsevism before the winter, enabling Von Der Goltz to advance on Moscow.
