[Per Press Association.] October 10. Mr Robert-Masters, Liberal Labour candidate lor the Stratford seat de- , livered his first speech of the campaign last night at"Whangamamona. He severely criticised the policy and administration of the Government, especially as regards' "the. operation of ship, ping companies and.the cost of living, and contended that no progress coufd be made with a Cabinet as at present constructed, the call being for ySunger men. ......
