TO DAY’S CASES. Mr S. E. M’Carthy, S.M., presided at to-day’s sitting of the Magistrate’s Court. DRUNKENNESS. A statutory first offender was fined IDs, in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Donald M’Dougall, on remand from yesterday, on a charge of having stolen a soldier’s kit-bag, containing clothing valued at £ls, the property of Andrew Smith, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment with hard laoour.
