General Mamontov’s operations behind the Bolshevik lines continue successfully. His anti-Bolshevik force has occupied Penzia and Saratov. ATTEMPT TO ASSASSINATE KOLCHAK. . Omsk telegrams report that General Kolchak is advancing on all parts of the front, and that there is fierce fighting ui the direction of Kurgan. A wireless message from Moscow states that a bomb was thrown into the guardroom of Primisco. occupied bv Kolchak- Six were killed and twelve injured. The Moscow All-Russian discovered an anti-Soviet organisation called the National Centre, with widespread ramifications, chiefly composed of cadets also a few moderate monarchists and Mensheviks. Documents were found proving that the Centre had communication with General Denikin. The Comnussion executed sixty-six perrons, including Stchepkin (an ex-member of the ■ 0 r/as chairman of the National Centre), Professors Astrakoff and Volkoff, Prince Obolenskv and two Generals.
