Thousands of passengers throughout the Commonwealth are awaiting shipping facilities to visit England, while large numbers of Australians in London are waiting to return. The Federal Government has issued a warning that passages cannot he socured within six months, except whore business or other urgent, reasons exist, as it is stated that a number of shipping companies arp not prepared to accept the agreement recently reached by the Melbourne conference regarding overtime*
