Tho notorious ox-member of the British Hons© of Commons. Tribitich Lincoln, who was deported from England last August, visited Holland. Ho was accompanied by a German, who is believed to be a monarchist agent. Lincoln. had several conferences at the exKaiser’s castle, and returned to Berlin on Saturday.
